TOTALIZATOR LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1997

NO 151-PROCLAMATION

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Totalizator Legislation Amendment Act 1997, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 25 February 1998 as the day on which section 3 of, and Schedule 1 to, that Act commence.
