TOTALIZATOR LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1997

No 151—PROCLAMATION

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Totalizator Legislation Amendment Act 1997, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 6 March 1998 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to commence the remaining amendments made by the above Act. The amendments made to the Totalizator Agency Board Privatisation Act

1997 commenced on 25 February 1998.
