TOTALIZATOR ACT 1997—PROCLAMATION

(L.S.) GORDON SAMUELS, Governor.

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of clause 11A of Schedule 2 to the Totalizator Act 1997, do, by this my Proclamation,

appoint 1 July 1998 as the appointed day for the purposes of that clause.
