AN ACT to amend section three of the Totalisator Duty

Act, 1905.

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:-

This Act may be cited as the Totalisator Duty Act Amendment Act, 1930, and shall be read as one with the Totalisator Duty Act, 1905, hereinafter referred to as the

Short title.

Section three of the principal Act (as amended by sec-

tion three of the Totalisator Duty Act Amendment Act,

1918) is amended

(a)

by substituting the words "seven and one-half" for the word "six" in paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) of subsection one;

(b)

by substituting the words "thirteen and one-half" for the words "twelve and one-half" in subsection

three.
