of Operation) Amendment Act 2002

An Act to extend the operation of the Totalisator Agency Board

Betting (Modification of Operation) Act 2000.

[Assented to 8 July 2002]

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:

1.             Short title

This Act may be cited as the Totalisator Agency Board Betting

(Modification of Operation) Amendment Act 2002.

2.             Commencement

This Act comes into operation on the day on which it receives

the Royal Assent.

3.             The Act amended

The amendments in this Act are to the Totalisator Agency

Board Betting (Modification of Operation) Act 2000*.

4.             Long title amended

The long title is amended by deleting “2002” and inserting

instead —

“ 2003 ”.

5.             Section 8 amended

Section 8(1) is amended by deleting “2002” and inserting

instead —

“ 2003 ”.
