TOTALISATOR AGENCY BOARD (BETTING) AMENDMENT
REGULATIONS (NO. 4) 1991
Made by the Totalisator Agency Board with the approval of His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Totalisator Agency Board (Betting)
Amendment Regulations (No. 4) 1991.
Regulation 13A inserted
2. After regulation 13 of the Totalisator Agency Board (Betting) Regulations
1988* the following regulation is inserted —
Board may decide certain
particulars of bets13A. (1) Notwithstanding any other provision of these regulations, a person making a bet on a race or sporting event may request the Board to decide for him, by means of computer random generation, such particulars of the bet as are specified by the person.
(2)
'Where such a request is in respect of a race or sporting event, and such particulars of a bet as to such a race or sporting event, as to which the Board has publicly made known it will receive such requests, the Board shall decide the particulars by means of computer random generation.

The provisions of these regulations apply, subject to necessary modifications, to and in relation to a bet made under subregulations (1) and (2) in the same way as they would apply if all particulars of the bet had been decided by the person making the bet.
