Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Totalisator Agency Board
(Betting) Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 2001.

2.             Regulation 36 amended

Regulation 36(3)(a)(ii) of the Totalisator Agency Board
(Betting) Regulations 1988* is amended after “East Perth” by
inserting —

“

, Wanneroo Paceway, Wanneroo and

Byford Trotting Complex, Byford

”.
