Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.      Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Totalisator Agency Board

Commencement the day on which they are published in the Gazette, whichever is later.

3. 21 amended

Regulation Regulations 1988* is amended by deleting "bank" and inserting instead —

" financial institution ".
