TOTALISATOR AGENCY BOARD (BETTING) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 2) 1992

Made by Deputy of the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in
Executive Council.
Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Totalisator Agency Board (Betting)

Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1992.

Principal regulations

2.      In these regulations the Totalisator Agency Board (Betting) Regulations

1988* are referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 36 amended

3. (1) Regulation 36 (1) of the principal regulations is amended —

(a) in paragraph (a) by inserting in their correct alphabetical

positions the following names —

" Bacchus Marsh, " " Baimsdale, " " Ballan, " " Boort, " " Camperdown, " " Cobram, " " Elmore, " " Goulbourn, " " Marong, " " Sandown, ";

(b) in paragraph (b) by inserting in their correct alphabetical

positions the following names —

(c) in paragraph (c) —

(i)       by inserting after "Caloundra," the following —

(ii)      by inserting after "Gold Coast," the following —

(2) Regulation 36 (2) of the principal regulations is amended —
