Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Totalisator Agency Board

2.            Regulation 34D inserted

After regulation 34C of the Totalisator Agency Board (Betting)
Regulations 1988* the following regulation is inserted —

34D.	Corporation prescribed for the purposes of
section 27A
Tabcorp Manager Pty. Ltd. (ACN 064 304 016) is prescribed for the purposes of section 27A of the Act.
