TOTALISATOR AGENCY BOARD (BETTING) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1994

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Totalisator Agency Board (Betting)

Amendment Regulations 1994.

Regulation 38 amended

2.     Regulation 38 of the Totalisator Agency Board (Betting) Regulations 1985*

is amended —

(a)	in subregulation (1) —
(i) after paragraph (g) by deleting "and";
(ii) at the end of paragraph (h) by deleting the comma and substituting the following —

" ; and "; and

By His Excellency's Command, D. G. BLIGHT, Clerk of the Council.

(iii)    after paragraph (h) by inserting the following paragraph —

”;

" (i) superfecta bets,

and

(b) by inserting after subregulation (9) the following subregulation —

selects one runner to be first, another runner to be (10) In a superfecta bet, the person making the bet

second, another runner to be third, another runner to be fourth, another runner to be fifth and another runner to be sixth, in that order, in the same race.
