TOTALISATOR AGENCY BOARD (BETTING) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1993

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.These regulations may be cited as the Totalisator Agency Board (Betting) Amend-

ment Regulations 1993.
Commencement

2.These regulations shall come into operation on 1 August 1993.

Regulation 34A amended

3.Regulation 34A of the Totalisator Agency Board (Betting) Regulations 1985* is

amended in paragraph (a) by deleting "15%" and substituting the following-

14.25% ".
