I, the Governor, acting under section 2 of the Totalisator Agency Board Betting Amendment Act
1990 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 1 February 1991 as the day on

which the provisions of that Act, other than section 5 (b) and (c), shall come into operation.
