AN ACT to amend the Totalisator Agency Board

Betting Act, 1960-1962.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title

and citation.	1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Totalisator Agency Board Betting Act Amendment Act (No. 4),
1963.

(2) In this Act the Totalisator Agency Board

Betting Act, 1960-1962, is referred to as the principal

Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Totalisator Agency Board Betting Act, 1960-1963.

This Act shall come into operation on the

first day of January one thousand nine hundred

and sixty-four.

Subsection (4) of section twenty-three of the principal Act is amended by substituting for the passage, "carried to and form part of the funds of the Board" in lines three and four the passage, "paid by the Board to the Treasurer of the State, and shall be carried to and form part of the Consolidated Revenue Fund".
