TOTALISATOR AGENCY BOARD AMENDMENT RULES 1996

Made by the Totalisator Agency Board under section 15.

Citation

1. These rules may be cited as the Totalisator Agency Board Amendment

18 October 19961 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 5515

Principal rules

2. In these rules the Totalisator Agency Board Rules 1961*	are referred to
as the principal rules.

Rule 2 amended

3. Rule 2 of the principal rules is amended by deleting the definition of

"Secretary" and substituting the following definitions -

"Manager" means the person appointed as the manager of the TAB

under section 16 of the Act;

"Secretary" means the person appointed as the secretary to the TAB

under section 16 of the Act, ,,

Rule 5 amended

4. Rule 5 (3) of the principal rules is repealed.

Rule 6 repealed

5. Rule 6 of the principal rules is repealed.

Rule 8 amended

6. Rule 8 (5) of the principal rules is amended by deleting "General Manager" in both places where it occurs and substituting, in each case, the following -

Rule 15 amended

7. Rule 15 (1) of the principal rules is amended by deleting "of the Board".

Rule 16 amended

8. Rule 16 (1) is repealed and the following subrule is substituted -

(1)	The common seal shall be affixed to a document only in the

presence of any 2 of the following -

(a)	a member of the Board;
(b)	the Manager; or
(c)	the Secretary.
