TOTALISATOR AGENCY BOARD AMENDMENT RULES 1991

Made by the Totalisator Agency Board under section 15.
Citation
1. These rules may be cited as the Totalisator Agency Board Amendment Rules

1991.

Rule 9 amended

2. Rule 9 of the Totalisator Agency Board Rules 1961* is amended—

(a) by deleting "The" and substituting the following-

" (1) Subject to subrule (2), the "; and

(b) by inserting after subrule (1) the following subrule-

" (2) The order of business may be varied, at the discretion of the

Chairman, from time to time. ".
