AN ACT to amend the Act to legalise the use of

the Totalisator under certain circumstances.

[Assented to, 16th December, '/&99.]

HEREAS it is expedient to define more clearly the meaning 1883: Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly thereof, as follows :—
