AN ACT to amend the Act to legalise the use of

the Totalisator under certain circumstances.

[Assented to, 16th December, '/&99.]

HEREAS it is expedient to define more clearly the meaning 1883: Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly thereof, as follows :— W of " bona fide Club," as mentioned in the Totalisator Act, Pre ublo.

1.     THIS Act may be cited as the Totalisator Act Amendment

Short title.

2. IT shall be lawful for the Colonial Treasurer to authorise Colonial Treasurer

any Club or Company, incorporated or otherwise, registered by the may authorise Moor-

Western Australian Turf Club, to have, use, and play with on the pointed Club, etc.,
