Toowong Railway Station Development Project Act Amendment Act 1989, No. 58 639 BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. Short title and citation . (1) This Act may be cited as the Toowong Railway Station Development Project Act Amendment Act 1989. (2) In this Act the Toowong Railway Station Development ProjectAct 1985-1986 is referred to as the Principal Act. (3) The Principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Toowong Railway Station Development Project Act 1985-1989. 2. New s . IA. The Principal Act is amended by inserting the following section after section 1:- "IA. Duration . This Act shall continue in force until midnight on 30 June 1990 and shall then expire.". 3. Amendment of s. 6. Application of Town Plan to certain property. Section 6 of the Principal Act is amended by- (a) in paragraph (e)- (i) inserting after the words "caretaker's flat," the words "child day care centres, places of public worship,"; (ii) omitting the expression "38 885" and substituting the expression "43 370"; (b) in paragraph (g), omitting the expression "2 771" and substituting the expression "3 400".
