156 Toowong Railway Station Development Project Act Amendment Act 1986, No. 16 BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. Short title and citation . (1) This Act may be cited as the Toowong Railway Station Development Project Act Amendment Act 1986. (2) In this Act the Toowong Railway Station Development ProjectAct 1985 is referred to as the Principal Act. (3) The Principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Toowong Railway Station Development Project Act 1985-1986. 2. Amendment of s. 5 . Transfer of property . Section 5 of the Principal Act is amended in subsection (1) by in paragraph (c) omitting all words from and including the words "all that piece of land" and substituting the words "land of a description approved by the Minister for the purpose of locating and providing access to the eastern approach to the pedestrian overbridge, shown on those drawings, passing over Benson Street".
