MASON CJ:  The solicitors for the parties have signed a

consent order in the following terms:

(1) That the consent order made on 24 August
1994 be recalled.
(2) That in substitution therefore the
following consent orders be made:
That there be judgment for the appellant
(plaintiff in action No DC 44 of 1989 in
the District Court of Whyalla) for
70 per cent of her damages to be assessed
together with 70 per cent of her costs to
this day to be agreed or taxed.

There will be orders by consent accordingly.
