"Having received a Consent Order signed by all parties in matter C/2014/23 dated 16 May 2014, it is ordered by consent that the decision of the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission given on 10 April 2014 in matter WC/2013/191 be stayed pursuant to section 347 of the Industrial Relations Act 1999 pending resolution of the outcome of the Appeal in matter C/2014/24".
