Todd and Todd

In the matter of *Todd and Todd*, heard by Cronin J, the wife had filed an application on 11 February 2016, and the husband had filed a response on 12 February 2016. The nature of the dispute concerned final property orders.

The court was required to determine the disposition of the applications filed by both the wife and the husband concerning property.

Cronin J dismissed both the wife's application and the husband's response. The court then listed all extant applications for final orders relating to property for a final hearing to commence on 1 August 2016. The court also certified that it was reasonable to engage counsel to attend, pursuant to Order 19.50 of the *Family Law Rules 2004*.
