Application for approval of the Tocumwal Golf Club Limited Enterprise Agreement [2010].

[1] An application has been made, pursuant to s.185 of the Fair Work Act 2009, seeking the approval of an enterprise agreement titled the Tocumwal Golf Club Limited Enterprise Agreement 2010 (“the Agreement”).

[2] In proceedings on 3 May 2010, I raised a number of queries concerning the aspects of the Agreement and supporting documentation. In further proceedings today, Ms E Nicolle of the Registered Clubs Association of NSW submitted she had been instructed by the Club to withdraw the application for approval of the Agreement – explaining that further discussions will be held about any future agreement in the context of the relevant modern award.

[3] In the circumstances, the proceedings are concluded.
