(Membership) Regulations 2000

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to make
further provision for the membership of the

Victorian Health Promotion Foundation.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 43 of the Tobacco Act 1987.

3. Appointment of member to the Foundation

In regulation 4 of the Tobacco (Victorian Health
Promotion Foundation) Regulations 19971, for
sub-regulation (6) substitute —

"(6) Susan Lesley Holmes, a person with

expertise in sport or sports administration
chosen by the Minister from a panel of three
names submitted by the Sports Federation of

Victoria, is appointed a member of the
Foundation for the period ending 10 June

2000.".
