Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) Further Amendment Regulations 2021
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) Regulations 2020 to provide for the appointment of 2 new members of the Victorian Health Promotion Foundation.
2Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 43 of the Tobacco Act 1987.
3Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on 5 October 2021.
4Principal Regulations
In these Regulations, the Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) Regulations 2020[1] are called the Principal Regulations.
5Appointment of members of Foundation
(1)After regulation 5(1)(b)(i) of the Principal Regulations insert—
"(ia)Mr Ian Hamm; and".
(2)In regulation 5(1)(d) of the Principal Regulations, for "Pardo." substitute "Pardo;".
(3)After regulation 5(1)(d) of the Principal Regulations insert—
"(e)for the purposes of section 21(1)(e) of the Act, Mr Philip Wade.".
(4)After regulation 5(5) of the Principal Regulations insert—
"(5A)The appointment referred to in subregulation (1)(b)(ia) is for the period commencing on 5 October 2021 and ending on 4 October 2024.".
(5)After regulation 5(9) of the Principal Regulations insert—
"(10)The appointment referred to in subregulation (1)(e) is for the period commencing on 5 October 2021 and ending on 4 October 2026.".
