Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) Further Amendment Regulations 2020

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) Regulations 2011 to provide for an additional term of appointment for a member of the Victorian Health Promotion Foundation.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 43 of the Tobacco Act 1987.

3Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 2020.

4Appointment of members of Foundation

In regulation 5(6) of the Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) Regulations 2011[1], for "1 July 2017 and ending on 30 June 2020" substitute "1 July 2020 and ending on 30 June 2025".
