The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to make
further provision for the membership of the

Victorian Health Promotion Foundation.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 43 of the Tobacco Act 1987.

3.  Appointment of member to Victorian Health Promotion Foundation

In regulation 4 of the Tobacco (Victorian Health
Promotion Foundation) Regulations 20001, for
sub-regulation (6) substitute—
"(6) Belinda Jakiel, a person with expertise in

sport and sports administration nominated by the Minister as representing country sport, is

appointed a member of the Foundation for

the period ending 31 March 2003.".
