Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) Amendment Regulations 2023
The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy, with the advice of the Executive Council, makes the following Regulations:

1Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) Regulations 2020 to provide for the appointment of one new member of the Victorian Health Promotion Foundation.
2Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 43 of the Tobacco Act 1987.
3Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 2023.
4Appointment of members of Foundation
(1)In regulation 5(1)(b)(ii) of the Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) Regulations 2020[1], for "Ms Catherine Harding" substitute "Ms Rayoni Nelson".
(2)For regulation 5(6) of the Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) Regulations 2020 substitute—
"(6)The appointment referred to in subregulation (1)(b)(ii) is for the period commencing on 1 July 2023 and ending on 30 June 2028.".
