Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) Amendment Regulations 2020

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) Regulations 2011 to provide for the appointment of a new member of the Victorian Health Promotion Foundation.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 43 of the Tobacco Act 1987.

3Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 1 March 2020.

4Appointment of members of Foundation

(1)In regulation 5(1)(b)(iii) of the Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) Regulations 2011[1], for "Mr Benedict Hartung" substitute "Ms Catherine Harding".

(2)In regulation 5(10) of the Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) Regulations 2011, for "1 October 2019 and ending on 30 September 2022" substitute "1 March 2020 and ending on 30 September 2023".
