Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation)

(Amendment) Regulations 2001

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to make
further provision for the membership of the

Victorian Health Promotion Foundation.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 43 of the Tobacco Act 1987.

3.  Appointment of members to Victorian Health Promotion Foundation

(1) In regulation 4 of the Tobacco (Victorian Health

Promotion Foundation) Regulations 20001, for
sub-regulations (9) and (10) substitute—

"(9) Timothy Roland Jacobs, a person with

expertise in the arts or arts administration, is

appointed a member of the Foundation for

the period ending 31 March 2003.

(10) Jane Margaret Fenton, a person with

experience in advertising, is appointed a member of the Foundation for the period ending 31 March 2003.".

(2) In regulation 4 of the Tobacco (Victorian Health

Promotion Foundation) Regulations 2000, after

sub-regulation (10) insert—

"(11) Lindsay Gaze, a person with expertise in

sport or sports administration, is appointed a
member of the Foundation for the period

ending 31 March 2003.".
