(Amendment) Regulations 1999

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to make
further provision for the membership of the

Victorian Health Promotion Foundation.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 43 of the Tobacco Act 1987.

3. Appointment of new members

In regulation 4 of the Tobacco (Victorian Health sub-regulations (10) and (11) substitute—

"(10) Timothy Roland Jacobs, a person with

expertise in the arts or arts administration, is
appointed a member of the Foundation for
the period ending 27 December 2000.

(11) Jane Margaret Fenton, a person with

expertise in advertising, is appointed a
member of the Foundation for the period

ending 27 December 2000.".
