The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to fill a vacancy in the membership of the Victorian Health Promotion Foundation.

2. Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 21 and
43 of the Tobacco Act 1987.

3.  Appointment of member of Victorian Health Promotion Foundation

For regulation 4(1) of the Tobacco (Victorian
Health Promotion Foundation) Regulations 19941
substitute—

Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation)
(Amendment) Regulations 1997

S.R. No. 19/1997

"(1) Professor John Watson Funder, a person

with expertise in health and illness
prevention, is appointed a member of the
Foundation for the period ending 17 March

2000.".
