Tobacco Products Control Amendment

Regulations (No. 3) 2014

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Tobacco Products Control Amendment
Regulations (No. 3) 2014.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Tobacco Products Control
Regulations 2006.

4.             Regulation 16 amended

In regulation 16 in the Table after the item relating to the
2013/14 financial year insert:

1 July 2014 — 30 June 2015	22 113 000
1 July 2015 — 30 June 2016	22 487 000
