Regulations (No. 2) 2016

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

6 May 2016 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 1383

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.           Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Tobacco Products Control
Regulations 2006.

4.            Regulation 16 amended

In regulation 16(2) in the Table after the item relating to the
2015/16 financial year insert:

1 July 2016 — 30 June 2017	23 037 000
1 July 2017 — 30 June 2018	23 614 000
1 July 2018 — 30 June 2019	24 204 000
