Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

These reulations are the Tobacco Proehic is Control A rentlhnrent

Regithitions (No. 2) 2012.

Note: Under the Interpretation Act 1984 section 41(1)(b), these regulations

come into operation on the day on which they are published in the
Gazette.

2.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Tobacco Produc • is Control
Regrrlwions 2006.

3.             Regulation 3 amended

In iegulation 3 insert in alphabetical order:

BNR Act means the Business Names Registration
Ac! 2011 (Commonwealth);
Barsrness Names Re' ister means the Business Names
Register established and maintained under the BNR
Act section 22;

4.              Regulation 18. amended

In i e ulation 19(1)(a) and (b) and (2)(a) and (h) delete "a

document mentioned in the Business Names Act 1962
section 24" and insert:

a copy of an entry in the Business Names Register, provided

under the BNR Act section 60.

In ieulation 18(1)(c) and (d) and (2)(b) and (c) delete "a document mentioned in the Business Names Act 1962 section 24" and insert:

a copy of an entry in the Business Names Register, provided
under the BNR Act section 60.

6.             Regulation 21 amended

In reulation 21(1)(b) and (c) and (2)(b) and (c) delete "a document mentioned in the Business Names Act 1962 section 24" and insert:

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Health (Drugs and !11Jied Substances)
Amendment Regulations 2012.

Note: Under the Interpretation Act 1984 section 41(1)(b), these regulations

come into operation on the day on which they are published in the

Gazette.

2.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Health (Dart=s and Allied
Substances) Regurlwions 1961.

3.             Regulation A.01.002 amended

In reulation A. 01.002(b)(ii) delete ``appropriate law• of any State or Territory of the Commonwealth, or is a firm registered under the Business Names Act of any State or Ter ritory," and insert:

Corporations Act 2001 (Commonwealth), or is a f ii'm to which a
business name is registered under the Business Names
Registration Act 2011 (Commonwealth).
