s1 2 s4 Tobacco Industry (Restructuring) No. 288, 1998 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Tobacco Industry (Restructuring) Regulation 1998 . ˙ Dissolution day 2. The dissolution day for the board under section 21(1) 1 of the Act is the day this regulation commences. ˙ Repeal 3. The following instruments are repealed— • instruments made as orders in council and in force under the PrimaryProducers’OrganisationandMarketingAct1926 establishing or making provision in relation to the board • the Tobacco Leaf Marketing Board Administrative Levy (Repeal)Regulation 1991 . ˙ Expiry 4.
