AN ORDINANCE to reduce the duty on the importation

of unmanufactured Tobacco.

[ 17th December, 1866. ]

E it enacted by His Excellency The Governor of Western

Australia, and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:—

I FOR and in lieu of the duty of Customs of one shilling the pound weight, now chargeable on importation into this Colony of unmanufactured tobacco, the duty of three pence the pound weight shall be charged, levied, and paid.
