TOBACCO CONTROL (STATEMENT ON VENDING MACHINES) AMENDMENT
REGULATIONS 1994

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Tobacco Control (Stntement on

Vending Machines) Amendment Regulations 1994.

Regulation 3 amended

3. Regulation 3 of the Tobacco Control (Statement on Vending Machines) Regulations 1991* is amended by repealing subregulation (2) and substituting the following subregulation —

(2) In subregulation (1), "health warning" means either of

the following warnings —

(a)	"SMOKING KILLS"; or
(b)	"SMOKING IS ADDICTIVE".
