Tobacco Control (Smokeless Tobacco) Regulations 1991
1.CitationThese regulations may be cited as the Tobacco Control (Smokeless Tobacco) Regulations 1991 1.
2.CommencementThese regulations shall come into operation on the day fixed under section 2(1) of the Act1.
3.Tobacco product in relation to which section 13(1) of Act does not applySection 13(1) of the Act does not apply in relation to the manufacture or sale of a tobacco product prepared, packed and labelled solely for nasal use as snuff.
