TOBACCO CONTROL (PACKAGE LABELS) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1994

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.

Amendment Regulations 1994. These regulations may be cited as the Tobacco Control (Package Labels)

Principal regulations

1993* are referred to as the principal regulations. In these regulations the Tobacco Control (Package Labels) Regulations

Regulation 3 (1) amended

3.     Regulation 3 (1) of the principal regulations is amended by deleting

"1 April 1994" and substituting the following —

" 1 January 1995 ".

Regulation 5 amended

4.      Regulation 5 of the principal regulations is amended by deleting "1 April

1994" and substituting the following —

By His Excellency's Command,	D. G. BLIGHT, Clerk of the Council.
"	1 January 1995	".

Regulation 10 amended

5.

deleting "1 April 1994" and substituting the following	(1) Regulation 10 (2) of the principal regulations is amended by
