TOBACCO CONTROL (GENERAL) AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS (NO. 2) 1992

Made by His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in

Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Tobacco Control (General)

Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1992.

Regulation 3 amended

2. Regulation 3 (1) of the Tobacco Control (General) Regulations 1991* is amended in the definition of "dispensing unit" by deleting "but does not include container, structure or unit that is a vending machine" and substituting the following —

it and includes a vending machine situated in a shop or other retail
outlet;
