Tobacco Charges Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Tobacco Charges Assessment Act 1955.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Tobacco Charges Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

Act 1901, s. 48.]

2. Regulation 8 (Evidentiary

certificates)

2.1   Paragraph 8 (b):

Omit the paragraph, substitute:

• “(b)

  an assessment of charge payable by the person was made against the person; and”.
