I, PETER JOHN HOLLINGWORTH, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Tobacco Charge Act (No. 1) 1955.

1Name of Regulations

 These Regulations are the Tobacco Charge Regulations (Repeal) 2002.

2Commencement

 These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3Tobacco Charge (No. 1) Regulations — repeal

 Statutory Rules 1985 No. 2 is repealed.

4Tobacco Charge (No. 1) (Rate of Charge) Regulations — repeal

 The following Statutory Rules are repealed:

 · 1989 No. 10

 · 1990 No. 21

 · 1995 No. 43

 · 1997 No. 90.
