Tobacco Charge (No. 1) (Rate of Charge)

Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Tobacco Charge Act (No. 1) 1955.

Commencement

1. These Regulations commence on 13 February 1990.

Rate of charge

2. Regulation 4 of the Tobacco Charge (No. 1) (Rate of Charge) Regulations is amended by omitting from subregulation (1) “one cent” and substituting “1.5 cents”.
