These regulations may be cited as the Tobacco and E-Cigarette Products (Fees) Regulations 2019.

Schedule 1—Fees under Tobacco and E-Cigarette Products Act 1997

1—Interpretation

In this Schedule, unless the contrary intention appears—

Act means the Tobacco and E-Cigarette Products Act 1997.

2—Licence fee (section 10 of Act)

For the purposes of section 10(3) of the Act, the fee payable on application for the issue or renewal of a licence is $297.
