Tobacco Amendment Regulations 2013

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Tobacco Regulations 2007 as a consequence of amendments to Commonwealth law.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 43 of the Tobacco Act 1987.

3Principal Regulations

In these Regulations, the Tobacco Regulations 2007[1] are called the Principal Regulations.

4Point of sale notices about tobacco products

(1)In regulation 5(3)(c)(C) of the Principal Regulations, for "notice; and" substitute "notice.".

(2)Regulation 5(3)(d) of the Principal Regulations is revoked.
