3 Timber Utilisation and Marketing Amendment (No. 1) No. 303, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Timber Utilisation and Marketing Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1992 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Timber Utilization and Marketing Regulation 1987 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Replacement of s.1 (Short title) 3. Section 1— omit, insert— ‘Short title ‘1. This regulation may be cited as the Timber Utilisation and Marketing Regulation 1987. ’. ˙ Renumbering of Parts 4. Parts 2 to 5— renumber as Parts 3 to 6 respectively. ˙ Insertion of new Part 2 5. After section 8— insert — ‘PART 2—PRESCRIBED SPECIES ˙ ‘Lyctid susceptible timber ‘8A. For the purposes of the definition of “lyctid susceptible timber” in section 6(1) of the Act, each of the following species of timber is a prescribed species of timber—

Section 9— omit ‘ Schedule 3 hereto ’, insert ‘ Schedule 4 ’. ˙ Amendment of s.10 (Moisture content of prescribed classes of milled timber) 7. Section 10— omit ‘ Schedule 4 hereto ’, insert ‘ Schedule 5 ’. ˙ Amendment of s.11 (Timber not included in definition of framing timber) 8.
