AN ACT to amend the Timber Industry Regulation
Act, 1926-1937.
[Assented to 24th January, 1947.]
BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

| 59 of 1926) as amended by the Timber Industry Regula- tion Aet Amendment Act, 1937 (No. 20 of 1937), herein- after referred to as the principal Act. |

| The principal Act is amended by inserting after the word "aforesaid" in lines seven and eight of the definition of "Timber holding" in section two thereof the following words "and any place, whether of a kind similar to or different from any included in this defini- tion, at which timber is stacked, sawn, split, hewn, used in joinery construction or otherwise fashioned". | Amendment of s. 2. |
