I make the following order under section 13(5) of the Threatened Species Protection Act 1995 .10 September 2012

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Threatened Species Protection Order 2012 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal ActIn this order, the Threatened Species Protection Act 1995 is referred to as the Principal Act. 4Schedule 3 amended (Taxa of native flora and fauna which are endangered) Part 1 of Schedule 3 to the Principal Act is amended as follows: (a) by omitting items 1 and 2 from the table headed Birds in Subdivision 1 of Division 1 and substituting the following:
