I make the following order under section 13(5) of the Threatened Species Protection Act 1995 .24 May 2004

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Threatened Species Protection Order 2004 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal ActIn this order, the Threatened Species Protection Act 1995 is referred to as the Principal Act. 4Schedule 3 amended (Taxa of native flora and fauna which are endangered) Schedule 3 to the Principal Act is amended as follows: (a) by omitting paragraph (l) from item 2 in the table headed Fauna - Vertebrates in Part 1 and substituting the following:

(l) Thalassarche melanophrys Temminck Black-browed Albatross

(b) by omitting paragraph (g) from item 4 in the table headed Fauna - Vertebrates in Part 1 and substituting the following:

(g) Raja sp. L (Last & Stevens, 1994) Port Davey Skate

(c) by omitting from the table heading Flora - Dicotyledoneae in Part 1 "Dicotyledoneae" and substituting "Dicotyledonae"; (d) by omitting item 3A from the table headed Flora - Dicotyledonae in Part 1 and substituting the following:
